As a learning consultant dedicated to the Corporate Marketing organization, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the team's skills, knowledge, and performance. You'll be responsibleforpartnering with business leaders to performanalysis, design, and execution of technical learning strategies for the Marketing organization at Progressive. You'll coordinate, monitor, and maintain all facets of learning solution content, online performance support, learning measurement strategy, and job aids. You'll be responsible for ensuring the learning material, methodology and modality are current, relevant, and of high quality, while producing the intended trainingand businessoutcomes.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training.
Mu st-have qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years' of relevant work experience in a professional setting, property casualty insurance, adult learning and/or administration, instructional design, performance improvement or organizational development experience.
• In lieu of a degree a minimum of five years' of relevant work experience in a professional setting, property casualty insurance, adult learning and/or administration, instructional design, performance improvement or organizational development experience.
Preferred skills
• Specialized in marketing training with expertise in designing and facilitating impactful technical learning solutions (virtual and in person), in collaboration with learning vendors.
• Strong background in conducting thorough needs assessments, building out learning strategies that align to business need, and executing the strategic plan
• Proven expertise in instructional design with the ability to create and implement reinforcement activities to ensure learning transfer.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to influence and drive organizational change and skill integration.
• Familiarity with industry standards as well as the latest trends and technologies in learning and development.
Compensation
• $85,000 - $102,800/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of eligible earnings based on company performance
